基于饱和水恒温加热的平板导热系数测试装置性能分析

摘要 针对目前广泛使用的防护热板恒功率加热导热系数测试方法测试速度慢、难以满足高精度测量的不足,研制了一种基于饱和水恒温加热的导热系数测试装置,并用该测试装置及国内某型高精度中高温防护热板法导热系数测定仪对标准参比板的导热系数进行了对比测量,实验结果表明:在测试温度100~300℃范围内,该测试装置测得的导热系数精度1.5%,优于某型高精度中高温防护热板法导热系数测定仪测量精度3%,测试时间缩短60%以上,测试性能得到明显提升,此新型导热系数测试装置具有较好的推广应用前景。 In view of the shortcomings of the widely used thermal conductivity constant heat flow guarded hot plate test meth⁃od,which is slow and difficult to meet the high precision measurement,a thermal conductivity test apparatus based on constant temperature heating of saturated water was developed,and used the test apparatus and a high precision high⁃temperature guarded hot plate method thermal conductivity tester on the thermal conductivity of the standard reference plate of adiabatic materials for comparative measurement.The experimental results show that in the test temperature range of 100~300℃,the accuracy of thermal conductivity measured by this test apparatus is 1.5%,which is significantly better than the measurement accuracy of 3%of a certain type of high⁃temperature guarded hot plate method thermal conductivity tester,the measurement time is shortened by more than 60%.The test performance is significantly improved.This new thermal conductivity testing apparatus has a good prospect for promotion and application.
