摘要
面对传统工科专业人才培养体系存在的教师发展途径单一、学生培养程式化等问题,以江苏师范大学光电信息科学与工程专业为例,在充分调研的基础上,通过与地方政府共建产业研究院,打造科研产业并举的“双型导师群”,凝练“个性化人才培养”发展方向,开展“双一流”师资队伍建设,形成了有特色、满足光电产业需求的人才培养模式,充分实践和论证了个性化人才培养模式的制定方案.结果表明,该培养模式已具备一定的推广价值和应用意义.
Facing the problems of single development path for teachers and programmed training for students in the traditional engineering talent training system, Jiangsu Normal University, for example, took the optoelectronic information science and engineering major as an example, and on the basis of sufficient research, through building an industrial research institute with the local government, creating a "dual-type tutor group" for both scientific research and industry, condensing the "personalized talent training" development direction, and carrying out "dual-class" faculty construction.
