针刀联合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of old ankle sprain treated by needle⁃knife combinedwith Chinese materia medica fumigation and washing

目的 观察针刀联合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法 对60例陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采取中药熏洗治疗,治疗组采取针刀联合中药熏洗治疗,中药熏洗每日1次,针刀治疗每周1次,4周为1个疗程。1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及踝关节功能评分。结果 对照组总有效率为83.3%(25/30),治疗组为96.7%(29/30),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组VAS评分明显降低,踝关节功能评分明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组改善更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 针刀联合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤能明显缓解患者患足疼痛,有效改善踝关节功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle⁃knife combined with Chinese materia medica(CMM)fumigation and washing in the treatment of old ankle sprain.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with old ankle sprain were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CMM fumigation and washing,while the observation group was treated with needle⁃knife combined with CMM fumigation and washing,CMM fumigation and washing once a day,needle knife therapy once a week,4 weeks as 1 course of treatment.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and ankle function score of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 83.3%(25/30)in the control group and 96.7%(29/30)in the treatment group.There was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the VAS score decreased significantly and the ankle function score increased significantly in the 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant as compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.01),moreover,the improvement of the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant as compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Con⁃clusion It can markedly relieve foot pain,effectively improve ankle joint function with marked efficacy to use nee⁃dle⁃knife combined with CMM fumigation and washing in the treatment of old ankle sprain,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
