摘要
对近年来有关Th17细胞及其相关效应因子在缺血性脑卒中炎性损伤中的作用研究进行概述。Th17细胞及其相关效应因子主要以启动炎症级联反应放大、协同神经胶质细胞促进炎症发展、破坏血脑屏障结构、增强兴奋性神经递质毒性、抑制神经干细胞的神经保护作用等方式加重缺血后脑损伤。目前尚缺乏靶向Th17细胞治疗缺血性脑卒中的相关研究,而外泌体、非编码RNA等可一定程度调控Th17细胞分化,可成为治疗缺血性脑卒中新的研究方向。
This paper summarizes the role of T helper 17(Th17)cells and their related effectors in inflammato⁃ry injury of ischemic cerebral apoplexy in recent years.Th17 cells and their related effectors aggravate brain injury after ischemia mainly by initiating the amplification of inflammatory cascade,cooperating with glial cells to promote the development of inflammation,destroying the structure of blood⁃brain barrier,enhancing the toxicity of neuroexci⁃tatory neurotransmitters and inhibiting the neuroprotective effect of neural stem cells.And there is still a lack of re⁃search on targeting Th17 cells to treat ischemic cerebral apoplexy.Exosomes and non-coding RNA can regulate Th17 cell differentiation to a certain extent,which is expected to become a new research direction in the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.
