摘要
调查显示,2018年建筑业全生命周期碳排放量占全国总排放量的51.32%,是名副其实的“耗能大户”。与此同时,中国在2020年第75届联合国大会上正式提出了“2030年实现碳达峰、2060年实现碳中和”的“双碳”目标,这一目标加快了国内建筑业向“绿色建筑”系统化转型的节奏。基于此,本文以“双碳”目标为切入点,立足整个建筑产业链,探讨了建筑业实施碳减排的意义。同时,本文还从规范、标准、设计、材料、建造、运营、回收等环节分析了当前建筑业面临的机遇和挑战,以及实现碳减排和绿色转型的路径与推进措施,以期为国内建筑业优化产业结构、提高能源利用效率、推动零碳负碳技术创新等提供助力。
The survey shows that the carbon emissions of the whole life cycle of the construction industry in 2018 accounted for 51.32 % of the total emissions of the country, and it is a truly “major energy consumer”. At the same time, China formally proposed the dual carbon goal of “achieving carbon peak in 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality in 2060” at the 75th United Nations General Assembly in 2020,which accelerated the pace of the transformation of domestic construction industry to “green building”system. Based on this, taking the dual carbon target as the breakthrough point, this paper discusses the significance of implementing carbon emission reduction in the construction industry based on the whole construction industry chain. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the current construction industry from the aspects of norms, standards, design,materials, construction, operation and recovery, as well as the paths and measures to achieve carbon emission reduction and green transformation, so as to provide help for the optimization of industrial structure, improvement of energy utilization efficiency and promotion of zero carbon and negative carbon technology innovation in the domestic construction industry.
