RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF REAL ESTATE ECONOMIC FLUCTUATION

房地产经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,具有推动社会经济发展、促进国民经济增长的作用。房地产经济的发展常因市场环境、国家政策等的变化而出现波动,进而影响国民经济。基于此,本文以房地产经济波动的影响因素为主要研究对象,简要分析了这些因素对房地产及相关行业的影响,进而就如何推动房地产经济发展,提出深入分析国家政策、构建信息化管理平台等建议,以期为业界人士提供参考。

Real estate economy is an important part of the national economy, which can effectively promote social and economic development and promote national economic growth. The development of real estate economy often fluctuates due to changes in market environment and national policies,thereby affecting the national economy. Based on this, taking the influencing factors of real estate economic fluctuation as the main research object, this paper briefly analyzes the influence of these factors on real estate and related industries, and then puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of real estate economy, such as indepth analysis of national policies and construction of information management platform, so as to provide reference for the industry.
