摘要
建筑工程涉及的内容广泛,在各种主客观因素影响下容易产生造价纠纷问题,从而对项目的持续运行产生不利影响。因此,为避免工程造价纠纷,解决好造价索赔问题,建设单位需要明确施工单位在招投标、合同签订与执行等阶段的职责,并完善索赔方案,保障双方利益。针对工程造价纠纷与索赔问题,本文从招投标阶段、合同签订阶段以及造价编制阶段开展深入分析与研究,提出针对性的解决方案,以供建设单位和施工单位参考。
The construction project involves a wide range of contents, which is easy to produce cost disputes under the influence of various subjective and objective factors, thus adversely affecting the continuous operation of the project. Therefore, in order to avoid engineering cost disputes and solve the problem of cost claims, construction units need to clarify the responsibilities of construction units in the stages of bidding, contract signing and implementation stages, and improve the claim scheme to protect the interests of both parties. In view of the engineering cost disputes and claims, this paper conducts research and in-depth analysis from the bidding stage, contract signing stage and cost preparation stage, and puts forward targeted solutions for the reference of owner and contractor.
