装配式建筑外墙防水设计与施工技术研究

RESEARCH ON WATERPROOF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF EXTERNAL WALL OF PREFABRICATED BUILDING

当前,随着我国经济与科技的快速发展,施工现场的机械化水平明显提高,装配式建筑的应用也越来越广泛。然而,装配式建筑在实际施工过程中依然存在外墙漏水、渗水等亟待解决的问题,它们不仅影响施工进度,还会给整个施工环节增加额外支出。对此,装配式建筑施工人员应在作业过程中采取有效的排水措施以避免建筑内部出现渗水等现象。比如在导水的基础上,施工人员可利用调压和密封等形式来完成装配式建筑外墙防水工程的建设。基于此,本文对装配式建筑外墙防水设计与施工技术的重难点和施工要点进行了研究与总结,以期为业界同人提供一定参考。

At present, with the rapid development of economy and science and technology in China,the mechanization level of construction sites has been significantly improved, and the application of prefabricated buildings has become more and more extensive. However, in the actual construction process of prefabricated buildings, there are still problems that need to be solved urgently, such as external wall leakage and seepage, which not only affect the construction progress, but also add extra expenses to the entire construction process.In this regard, prefabricated building construction personnel should take effective drainage measures during the operation to avoid water seepage and other phenomena inside the building. For example,on the basis of water conduction, the construction personnel can use pressure regulation and sealing to complete the construction of the waterproof project of the external wall of the prefabricated building.Based on this, this paper studies and summarizes the difficulties and construction points of waterproof design and construction technology of external walls of prefabricated building, so as to provide some reference for colleagues in the industry.
