肉桂醛接枝纤维素抑菌纸的制备及性能

Preparation and Properties of Cinnamaldehyde Grafted Cellulose for Antibacterial Paper

摘要 将氨基硅烷偶联剂接枝于纤维素纤维上,再利用氨基与肉桂醛中的醛基发生席夫碱反应,利用席夫碱和肉桂醛的抑菌性和肉桂醛的疏水性提高纸页的抑菌性能和疏水性能。结果表明:提高硅烷偶联剂浓度能提高纸张对肉桂醛的接枝率,接枝率为18%时接近饱和;接枝肉桂醛后纸张对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有很强的抑菌性能,并且纸页的疏水性得到明显改善。 Cellulose papers were functionalized via Schiff base reaction of amino silane(aminopropyl trimethoxy silane,APMS)with cinnamaldehyde,which endowed the cellulose paper surface with excellent antibacterial property and strong hydrophobic property.The results showed that increasing the concentration of APMS can improve the grafting rate of cinnamaldehyde on paper,and the grafting rate is close to saturation when the grafting rate is 18%.The paper grafted with cinnamaldehyde showed strong antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)were more than 99%.And the hydrophobicity of the paper is improved obviously.When the grafting ratio is 10%,the contact angle is 86°.
