变压器硅钢片智能化物流线的规划与设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 目前,国内外变压器铁心自动叠装设备,在理柱和转运上大多数需要人工过多干预,增加人力成本,或通过将铁心叠装设备直接与横剪线对接进行同步剪叠,大幅降低横剪线的剪切效率。本文提出了一种变压器硅钢片智能化理柱物流线的规划与设计方法,其结构主要包括回转式接料装置、自动升降卸料装置、料柱输送缓存平面库、卸料车、上料车以及到位检测装置,采用柱料缓存平面库装置将变压器铁心自动叠装设备所需的叠装柱料预先缓存,待变压器铁心生产设备需要柱料时,柱料缓存平面库将柱料输送给变压器铁心叠装设备,不再需要过多的人工搬运,整个生产过程可无间隔的持续进行,大幅提高了变压器铁心的生产效率,性能稳定,智能化程度高。 At present, most of the automatic stacking equipment of transformer core at home and abroad need too much manual intervention in column management and transportation, which increases the labor cost or greatly reduces the shearing efficiency of the cross shear line by connecting the core stacking equipment directly with the cross shear line for synchronous shearing and stacking. This paper presents a planning and design method of intelligent chemical column logistics line for transformer silicon steel sheet. Its structure mainly includes rotary receiving device, automatic lifting unloading device, column conveying buffer plane warehouse, unloading truck, loading truck and in place detection device. The column material buffer plane warehouse device is used to pre cache the stacked column material required by the automatic stacking equipment of transformer core. When the column material is required by the production equipment of transformer core, The column material buffer plane library transports the column material to the transformer core stacking equipment, which no longer requires too much manual handling. The whole production process can be carried out continuously without interval, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the transformer core, with stable performance and high degree of intelligence.
