摘要 为进一步提升轨道车运行控制设备(GYK)的安全等级、RAMS指标、控制速度、智能化及标准化水平等,结合自轮运转特种设备的运用需求,研制了具备SIL4级、最高控制速度为160 km/h的GYK-160型轨道车运行控制设备。介绍了GYK-160轨道车运行控制设备的研究背景、设计原则、主要组成、实现功能、与其他各设备的接口关系,以及监控模式;重点分析了在安全控制、功能扩展、自适应算法、优化操作、改进数据存储方式等方面的提升效果;最后说明了其试验验证和试用考核情况,并提出了设备后续完善的设想。 In order to further improve the safety level,RAMS index,control speed,intelligence and standardization level of rail car operation control equipment,the GYK-160 type rail car operation control equipment with highest control speed of 160 km/h in compliance with SIL4 is developed in combination with the requirements of self-moveable special equipment.This paper introduces the background,design principles,main components,functions,interfaces to other equipment and monitoring mode of the rail car operation control equipment.Besides,the improvement effects of this equipment in safety control,function extension,adaptive algorithm,optimized operation and improved data storage are emphatically analyzed.Finally,the test and trial operation of the equipment are described and ideas about subsequent development and improvement of the equipment are brought forth.
