摘要
针对目前道岔采用定期修模式,难以及时掌握道岔状态的问题,研发了道岔综合监测系统。通过对道岔电气特性参数和机械特性参数等关键数据的处理和分析,从工电结合方面,对道岔在运用过程中的整体性能进行评估。介绍系统架构、各子系统组成,以及智能分析平台原理,并通过动静态试验验证,可为道岔日常维护及检修提供科学有效的技术手段。
In view of the fact that it is difficult to grasp the state of the turnout timely due to periodic maintenance of turnout at present,the turnout integrated monitoring system is developed.Through the processing and analysis of the turnout’s electrical characteristic parameters and mechanical characteristic parameters,the overall performance of the turnout in operation can be evaluated from the aspects of track maintenance and signal maintenance.The architecture,composition of sub systems,and the principle of intelligent analysis platform of this system are described.Besides,this system has been validated via both static and dynamic tests,which can provide effective technical means for daily maintenance and repair of turnout.
