基于CAD和PID协同的滚筒式煎饼机设计

摘要 为了提高煎饼自动化生产程度,设计了一种新型智能的滚筒式煎饼机器,来替代传统煎饼制作手艺,实现煎饼的工业自动化生产。该机器采用滚筒为连续加热面,利用安装在筒里面的加热管进行传导加热,通过温度控制系统控温。运用CAD软件对煎饼机各关键机构进行建模,为试验样机的设计提供根据;运用PID算法对煎饼过程温度进行控制,确保在合适温度得到可口的煎饼。试验表明,该机器可实现自动连续生产,省时省力,给人们的生活提供方便。 In order to improve the automatic production of pancake, a new intelligent roller pancake machine is designed to replace the traditional pancake technology and to realize the industrialization of pancake production. The drum is used as the continuous heating surface, the heating tube installed in the cylinder is used to conduct heating, and the temperature is controlled by the temperature control system. That means CAD software is used to model the key mechanism of pancake machine to provide the basis for the design of experimental prototype;PID algorithm is used to control the temperature of the pancake process to ensure the proper temperature to get delicious pancake. The experiment shows that the machine can realize automatic continuous production, save time and labor, and provide convenience for people’s life.
