摘要
以辣木籽为原料,采用超声波辅助提取辣木籽中的总黄酮,研究了超声波提取时间、固液比、乙醇体积分数等对辣木籽中的黄酮类化合物质的得率的影响,并运用响应面法对其最佳提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,76.04%乙醇为提取溶液,固液比为1∶15 (g/mL),超声波提取时间为60 min时,辣木籽中的黄酮化合物得率达到最高,可达到8.361%±0.015%,理论值为8.481%。结果与预测值基本一致,证明模型的有效性,工艺稳定可行。
The effects of ultrasonic extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on the yield of total flavonoids from Moringa oleifera seeds were studied in this paper, and Response Surface Methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the extraction process. The results showed when the concentration of ethanol was 76.04%, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶15(g/m L), and the time of ultrasonic extraction was 60 min, the yield of flavonoids in Moringa oleifera seeds was the highest 8.361%±0.015%, and the theoretical value was 8.481%. The results were in good agreement with the predicted values, which proved the validity of the model and the stability and feasibility of the process.
