摘要
实现碳达峰、碳中和是党中央统筹国内国际两个大局做出的重大决策。产业园区作为承载产业实体运营、促进产业增量发展的重要区域,具有能源消耗大、产业集聚等特点。因此,通过数字化手段实现低碳产业园区建设,是在解决双碳目标的“毛细血管”问题。
To achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee to coordinate domestic and international situations. As an important area to carry the operation of industrial entities and promote industrial incremental development, industrial parks have the characteristics of large energy consumption and industrial agglomeration. Therefore, to realize the construction of low-carbon industrial park by digital means is to solve the “capillary” problem of double carbon goal.
