摘要 道岔设备构造复杂、零件较多,受列车冲击力大,易发生故障,是工电部门日常维修的重点和难点。为提高道岔关键数据管理的信息化、可视化程度,通过BIM技术建立道岔的三维模型,以图形化方式对不同型号的道岔关键部件进行立体展示,并对道岔结合部关键数据超出合理范围时给出明显故障提示,将测量数据进行管理及建模分析,给出对道岔部件的整治和维修建议。 Turnout equipment has complex structure, too many parts and components, severe impact force by the train and is prone to failure, which is the key and difficult point of daily maintenance for both the department track maintenance and the department of C&S. In order to improve the informatization and visualization of turnout key data management, a three-dimensional model of turnout is established using BIM Technology to render three-dimensional graphic display of the key components of different types of turnout and explicit fault prompts are given when the key data of the joint parts of a turnout exceeds reasonable range. The management of measured data is executed and the data is used for modeling and analysis, and guidance and suggestions on the rectification and maintenance of turnout components are given.
