鮰鱼卵肽-钙复合物对大鼠促钙吸收效果的研究

Effects of Channel Catfish Egg Peptide-Calcium Complex on Increasing Calcium Absorption in Rats

摘要 通过大鼠实验研究鮰鱼卵肽-钙复合物(Channel catfish egg peptide-calcium complex,FEPCC)对缺钙大鼠的补钙效果,明确其纳米结构与促钙吸收之间的关系。在饲喂低钙饲料基础上,分别对缺钙大鼠灌胃纳米型FEPCC、非纳米型FEPCC、FEP+Ca和碳酸钙进行补钙。结果表明,经过4周的补钙,灌胃纳米型FEPCC使缺钙大鼠增重82.60%,钙表观吸收率达71.39%,血清钙和血清碱性磷酸酶活性分别恢复到2.89 mmol/L和179.25 U/L,股骨质量、骨密度和骨钙含量分别达到1.22 g、0.19 g/cm^(2)和143.24 mg/g,补钙效果显著优于非纳米型FEPCC和碳酸钙。FEPCC的促钙吸收活性与其具备的纳米结构有关。 Through rat experiments,the effects of channel catfish egg peptide-calcium complex (FEPCC) on calcium supplement in calcium deficient rats were investigated to clarify the relationship between nanostructure and calcium absorption promotion.On the basis of feeding low calcium diet,calcium deficient rats were fed with nano-FEPCC,non-nano-FEPCC,FEP+Ca and calcium carbonate.The resluts showed that after 4 weeks of nano-FEPCC supplementation,the rats’ body weight increased 82.60%,apparent absorption rate of calcium reached 71.39%,serum calcium and serum alkaline phosphatase activity restored to 2.89 mmol/L and 179.25 U/L respectively,femur weight,bone mineral density and calcium content respectively arrived to 1.22 g,0.19 g/cm^(2) and 143.24 mg/g.The effect of calcium supplement of nano-FEPCC was better than that of non-nano-FEPCC and calcium carbonate.The calcium absorption-promoting activity of FEPCC is related to its nanostructure.
