摘要
质量管理对企业创新的影响存在争议,视创新为生命线的战略性新兴产业更具特殊性。本文通过把创新绩效分成创新投入、过程、产出绩效三个维度,利用广东企业2014—2018年抽样调查数据对该产业质量管理实践与创新绩效的关系展开实证研究。结果表明:质量管理实践对创新产出绩效促进显著,对创新过程绩效产生抑制作用,对创新投入绩效影响不明显;质量管理基础实践主要对创新产出有影响,核心实践主要对创新过程有影响,核心实践以基础实践为中介作用于创新产出绩效提升。
The impact of quality management on enterprise innovation is controversial,and strategic emerging industries that regard innovation as the lifeblood are more special.By dividing innovation performance into three dimensions of input,process and output,the article used a sample survey data of Guangdong enterprises 2014-2018 to empirically analyze the relationship between quality management practices and innovation performance of such industries.The results show that:quality management significantly promotes innovation output performance,significantly inhibites innovation process performance,and has no obvious impact on innovation input performance;among them,quality management infrastructure practices mainly affect the innovation output,while the core practices mainly affect the innovation process;and the core practices use the infrastructure practices as an intermediary to improve innovation output performance.
