摘要
某型号铝合金压铸机上42CrMoA调质钢拉杆在使用2 a后发生断裂。对其加工质量、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织和断口形貌等进行检验,分析了该拉杆断裂的原因。结果表明:脱模剂渗漏引发拉杆螺纹表面腐蚀,导致其过早地发生了腐蚀疲劳断裂。
The 42 CrMoA quenched and tempered steel pull rod on an aluminum alloy die casting machine broke after 2 years of service. The machining quality, chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology were examined, the fracture reason of the pull rod was analyzed. The results show that the leakage of release agent caused corrosion on the thread surface of pull rod, which led to premature corrosion fatigue fracture.
