网格化建筑工程标准化监控模式探索

摘要 为提高网格化建筑工程建设效率,改变以人工现场巡检为基础的传统建筑工程监控模式,研究面向商业性质的便利店、房产中介单位和技术性质的基础设施建筑等需网格化规划建设的工程,紧抓其工程类型和施工单位相同、类型丰富但建设检查内容类似、地理位置分布广但以网格为规划基础、检查具持续性需求但人力配置有限等特点,本文在对传统建筑工程建设监控技术方案进行整理的基础上,提出传统方案的技术特点和优化策略。研究表明:通过运用共享无人机分布在不同规划网格,持续性、分时段进行现场施工监控,并根据相应检查内容实现定点监控留存资料上传云平台,以供管理人员同时监控多个建筑工程施工,可有效减少工程管理人员,大幅降低网格化建筑工程监控所需成本。 In order to improve the efficiency of gridded construction engineering, change the traditional construction engineering monitoring mode based on manual on-site inspection, research the engineering that need gridded planning and construction such as convenience stores with commercial nature, real estate agency units and infrastructure buildings with technical nature, grasp the characteristics of the same type of engineering and construction unit, rich in types but similar in construction inspection content, wide geographical distribution but grid-based planning, and continuous demand for inspection but limited manpower allocation, on the basis of sorting out the technical schemes of traditional building engineering construction monitoring, the technical characteristics and optimization strategies of traditional schemes are proposed.The research shows that by using shared drones distributed in different planning grids, continuous and time-slotted on-site construction monitoring, and by uploading data to the cloud platform according to the corresponding inspection content, the construction managers can achieve fixed-point monitoring effectively, reduce engineering managers, and significantly reduce the cost required for grid-based construction engineering monitoring.
