科技体制改革背景下一流高校实验室的建立与发展以郭光灿实验室为例

摘要 高校实验室是高校的重要组成部分,也是科研的重要场所,其发展过程伴随着我国科技体制改革的逐步推进,一流高校的实验室的建设在此过程中起到了表率作用。郭光灿实验室从1983年在中国科学技术大学成立至今,努力克服困难,逐渐从只有一位研究人员的研究组发展成为有几百人规模的中科院重点实验室,成果频出,培养出大量优秀本土人才,其成功的经验对我国高校实验室的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。 University laboratory is an important part of university and also an important place for scientific research.Its growth process is accompanied by the deepening of China’s Science and Technology System Reform.The construction of laboratory in first-class university plays a leading role in this process.Since its establishment in the University of Science and Technology of China in 1983,Guo Guangcan Laboratory has overcome various difficulties and gradually developed from a research group with only one researcher into a key laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences with hundreds of employees.It has not only produced frequent achievements,but also cultivated a large number of outstanding local talents.Its successful experience can be used as a reference for the construction of university laboratories in China.
