Surgical operation is the main method in the treatment of skin malignant tumor.According to the principle of standardized diagnosis and treatment in tumor surgery,the concept of multi-disciplinary cooperation should be established in the planning and implementation of skin tumor surgery.The treatment goal of skin tumor,especially skin malignant tumor,should be based on pathological diagnosis and the concept of oncology to define the resection scope,design the surgical plan,repair and reconstruction of local soft tissue defect with plastic surgery technology,so as to achieve good clinical effect and aesthetic appearance.
