关于硼中子俘获疗法治疗黑色素瘤的临床综述

摘要 硼中子捕获疗法(Boron neutron capture therapy,BNCT)是基于非放射性同位素B与低能热中子或高能超热中子之间的核反应,产生高线性能量转移粒子和反冲锂核(~7Li),选择性地破坏肿瘤细胞DNA结构的治疗方法。硼中子捕获疗法是一种新兴的治疗方法,旨在提高各种恶性肿瘤的治疗率,已经在各种疾病中进行了临床研究。本文总结概括了目前应用BNCT治疗黑色素瘤的临床试验,旨在探索BNCT治疗黑色素瘤的可行性及可发展性。 Boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)is based on a nuclear reaction between the nonradioactive isotope boron-10 and either low-energy thermal neutrons or high-energy epithermal neutrons,generating high linear energy transferαparticles and a recoiled lithium nucleus(~7Li)that selectively destroys the DNA helix in tumor cells.Boron neutron capture therapy is an emerging procedure aimed at improving the therapeutic ratio for malignant tumors,which has been studied clinically in a variety of diseases.This review provided an updated summary of the reported clinical literature of patients with melanomas who treated with boron neutron capture therapy,aiming to explore the feasibility and development of boron neutron capture therapy for melanomas.
