以脱发为首发表现的二期梅毒合并HIV感染1例

A Case of Secondary Syphilis with HIV Infection with Alopecia as the First Manifestation

患者男,20岁。脱发伴双手指甲剥离及阴茎溃疡1月。实验室检查结果为RPR和TPPA均(+),RPR 1∶32,HIV抗体+。诊断为二期梅毒;HIV感染;治疗上予苄星青霉素240万U分两侧臀部肌注,1次/周,连用3次后指甲及头发均新生。

The patient was a 20 years old male.Hair loss with fingernail peeling and penile ulcer for one month.Laboratory tests:RPR and TPPA(+),RPR 1∶32,HIV antibody+.Diagnosis:Secondary syphilis;HIV infection;Benzathine penicillin 2.4 million U was intramuscularly injected on both sides of the buttocks,once a week,and the nails and hair were regenerated after three consecutive treatments.
