摘要
本文利用Imager D1m金相显微镜、C-STRAIN传感器及MMS-200热模拟试验机对此钢种的连续冷却相变进行了实验研究,模拟了粗轧和精轧两道次轧制,研究了轧制参数和冷却速率对相变组织的影响;进行了高温脆性(第二、第三高温脆性)温度区间拉伸试验,分析了高温拉伸温度与断面收缩率关系。测得实验钢的CCT曲线及相变转变温度为Ac1=778℃,Ac3=810℃,实验研究和分析结果可对该钢种的生产起到一定的指导作用。
In the paper,the continuous cooling phase transformation of this hallow steel is studied by using Imager D1m metallographic microscope,C-STRAIN sensor and MMS-200 thermal simulation testing machine.And the effects of the two-pass rolling parameters and cooling rate of rough rolling and finishing rolling on the phase transformation structure were simulated.The tensile test of high-temperature brittleness(the second and third high-temperature brittleness)temperature range was carried out,and the relationship between high temperature tensile temperature and section shrinkage was analyzed.The CCT curve and phase transformation temperature are Ac1=778℃,Ac3=810℃.The experimental research and analysis results can play a guiding role in the production of the steel.
