摘要
为研究轴承钢全流程的夹杂物演变规律,合理的控制钢中的夹杂物(数量、类型、尺寸等),提高钢种生产稳定性和产品的性能,本文对某厂“BOF—LF—RH—CC—轧制”工序生产的轴承钢中全流程夹杂物的演变进行了系统的研究。通过对轴承钢冶炼工艺LF工序、RH工序、中包工序等全流程系统取提桶样和渣样,分析精炼渣、氧氮含量、夹杂物、析出物的演变特征;整体来说,全流程的氧含量一直呈降低的趋势,在铸坯中氧含量增加至5.7×10^(-6)。
To study the evolution of inclusions of bearing steel,reasonably control the inclusions(quantity,type,size,etc.)in the steel,and improve the stability of steel production and the performance of products,the evolution of inclusions in the whole process of bearing steel produced by"BOF—LF—RH—CC—Rolling"process in a factory was studied systematically.Through taking bucket samples and slag samples from the whole process of bearing steel smelting process,such as LF process,RH process,and tundish process,the evolution characteristics of refining slag,oxygen and nitrogen content,inclusions and precipitates were analyzed.On the whole,the oxygen content in the whole process is decreasing,and the oxygen content in the slab increases to 5.7%×10^(-6).
