摘要
为进一步揭示数字化差异化发展的机理,基于“技术-组织-环境”(TOE)框架,结合区域数字化发展的前因条件,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,以中国31个省份为例,分析各省份数字化发展背后的驱动机制,得出推动区域数字化发展的组态路径。研究发现:(1)区域市场化水平是影响区域数字化发展的单一必要条件;(2)高区域数字化发展水平的4条驱动路径分别为环境主导型、组织-环境型、均衡型和组织主导型,多以财政资源供给和技术市场发展水平作为核心因素;(3)区域数字化高质量发展需要多个条件变量发挥协同作用,单一或少数变量难以对发展绩效产生影响;(4)各组态间的条件变量均存在潜在替代关系。根据研究结论,最后提出发挥财政资源供给的基础作用和完善技术交易市场体系建设等对策建议。
To further reveal the digital differentiation mechanism, this paper adopts a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method based on the technology-organization-environment(TOE) framework and combines the prerequisites of regional digital development with 31 Chinese provinces to analyze the driving mechanism behind the digital development of each province, and then derives a grouping path to promote regional digital development. It is found that the level of regional marketization is the single necessary condition affecting the development of regional digitalization;the four driving paths of high regional digital development level are environment-led, organizationenvironment, balanced and organization-led, mostly with financial resource supply and technology market development level as the core factors;regional digital quality development requires multiple condition variables to play a synergistic role, and it is difficult for a single or few variables to have an impact on development performance;potential substitution relationships exist for all condition variables between the groups. Lastly, based on the findings of the study, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as playing the basic role of financial resources supply and improving the construction of technology trading market system.
