摘要
从多环境层面和综合性视角研究产业创新实验室创新效率的净效应,以揭示影响我国创新实验室创新效率提升的深层“黑箱”。基于“物理-事理-人理”理论分析框架,以我国91家产业创新实验室为样本,通过模糊集定性比较分析的组态分析范式,剖析其创新效率的影响机理和机制。结果显示:单一因素无法推动产业创新实验室实现高创新效率,物理层面的创新生态环境型组态、事理层面的高组织创新驱动型组态以及人理层面的高层次人才引领型组态均能够驱动产业创新实验室取得高创新效率,而技术设施不足和组织机制滞后会导致低创新效率。由此,从创新实验室建设和政策制定角度提出注意结合自身资源特征优化调整资源配置和建设优势能力等,促进产业创新实验室实现创新效率稳步提升的相关建议。
The net effect of innovation efficiency of industrial innovation laboratory is studied from a multienvironmental level and a comprehensive perspective, so as to reveal the deep "black box" that affects the improvement of innovation efficiency of innovation laboratory in China. Based on the analysis framework of WSR theory, taking 91industrial innovation laboratories in China as samples, this paper analyzes the innovation efficiency influence mechanism of industrial innovation laboratories through the configuration analysis paradigm of fsQCA(fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis).The study discovers that the single factor cannot promote the high innovation efficiency of industrial innovation laboratory, while the innovation ecological environments configuration at the "Wuli" level, the high organizational innovation driven configuration at the "Shili" level, and the high-level talent-led configuration at the "Renli" level can drive the industrial innovation laboratory to achieve high innovation efficiency, but the insufficient technical facilities and the lagging organizational mechanism will lead to low innovation efficiency. Therefore, from the perspective of innovation laboratory construction and policy-making, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the optimization and adjustment of resource allocation and advantage ability construction combined with their own resource characteristics, so as to promote the steady improvement of innovation efficiency of industrial innovation laboratory.
