摘要 为促进集团所属各企业之间实现设计资源共享,基于设计资源共享对子企业影响的分析,根据设计资源共享的动态过程属性,从集团角度提出设计资源共享的激励和惩罚机制、面向优先任务的核心资源共享机制,建立演化博弈模型,求解两种机制下不同情况的设计资源共享演化稳定策略,并通过系统动力学数值仿真,探究两种机制对设计资源共享过程的影响。结果表明:两种机制对集团企业间设计资源共享均具有明显促进作用,且面向优先任务的核心资源共享机制的促进作用更加明显;两种机制综合起来,通过降低集团子企业技术流失风险、提高子企业收益,能够促进子企业积极共享设计资源。 In order to promote the sharing of design resources among the enterprises of the group, based on the analysis of the impact of design resource sharing on sub enterprises, according to the dynamic process attribute of design resource sharing, the incentive and punishment mechanism of design resource sharing and the core resource sharing mechanism oriented to priority tasks are proposed from the perspective of the group, and an evolutionary game model is established to solve the evolutionary stability strategy of design resource sharing under different conditions of the two mechanisms. Through the numerical simulation of system dynamics, the influence of the two mechanisms on the process of design resource sharing is explored. The results show that the two mechanisms can significantly promote the sharing of design resources among group enterprises, and the promotion of the core resource sharing mechanism oriented to priority tasks is more obvious;the combination of the two mechanisms can promote the subsidiaries to actively share design resources by reducing the risk of technology loss and improving the profits of subsidiaries.
