分布式科技资源协同服务模式——基于信息价值链理论视角 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于当前学界较少从服务价值角度研究科技资源服务模式,基于信息价值链理论,将科技资源的信息价值链分为信息采集、信息加工以及信息服务3个环节,构建分布式科技资源协同服务模式框架,提出服务推送、服务调度、相关推荐以及解决方案服务4种服务方式,并针对每种服务方式的应用场景提出不同协同策略,即通过计算用户相似度和科技资源相关性完成服务推送,通过调度符合用户需求的同类型科技资源给用户提供最优服务,通过匹配符合用户查询的科技资源为用户推荐其他类型相关科技资源,以及为用户定制个性化服务方案等,以改善和丰富科技资源服务模式。最后提出在各类科技资源服务模式的实际应用中,需要建立完善资源统一描述、服务调用等机制,以促进相关服务平台的推广和使用。 In view of the fact that the current academic circles seldom study the service mode of scientific and technological resources from the perspective of service value, based on the theory of information value chain, the information value chain of scientific and technological resources is divided into three links: information collection,information processing and information service, the framework of distributed scientific and technological resources collaborative service mode is constructed, and four service modes are proposed: service push, service scheduling,relevant recommendations and solution services, And different collaboration strategies are proposed for the application scenarios of each service mode that complete service push by calculating user similarity and correlation of scientific and technological resources, provide optimal services to users by scheduling the same type of scientific and technological resources which meet users’ needs, recommend other types of relevant scientific and technological resources to users by matching the scientific and technological resources which meet users’ queries, and customize personalized service schemes for users, to improve and enrich the service mode of scientific and technological resources. Finally, in the practical application of various service modes of scientific and technological resources, it is necessary to establish and improve mechanisms such as unified description of resources and service invocation, so as to promote the promotion and use of relevant service platforms.
