拷贝数变异与先天性心脏病的研究进展

Research progress in the copy number variation and congenital heart diseases

摘要 先天性心脏病(简称先心病)的病因及发病机制尚未完全明确。随着微阵列比较基因组杂交技术及二代测序技术的开展,在先心病患儿中检出越来越多的拷贝数变异,并在细胞及动物水平得到致病性验证。本文综述先心病拷贝数变异的研究现状、常见拷贝数变异的心脏表型和遗传学特征以及拷贝数变异在先心病发病中的可能机制。
