中国胸部恶性肿瘤围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症预防与管理指南(2022版)

Guideline for the prevention and management of perioperative venous thromboembolism in thoracic malignancies in China(2022 version)

提高静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)规范预防率是2022 年国家医疗质量安全改进目标之一。癌症患者VTE发生率明显高于非癌症患者, 然而国内尚缺乏针对胸部恶性肿瘤围手术期VTE预防的指南。中国胸外科静脉血栓栓塞症研究组牵头组织相关专家, 采用建议、评估、发展和评价的分级系统方法进行循证评估, 并采用内容导向式的章节结构撰写本指南, 旨在提高胸外科医师对胸部恶性肿瘤围手术期VTE预防与管理的全面认知, 进一步规范胸外科VTE的诊治水平。

Improving the standardized prevention rate of venous thromboembolism(VTE)is one of the national health care quality and safety improvement goals for 2022.The incidence of cancer-related VTE is significantly higher than that of non-cancer-related VTE,and there is currently a gap in domestic guidelines for perioperative VTE prevention in thoracic malignancies.China Embolism-thrombosis after Surgery of Thorax(ChEST)Study Group has taken the lead in formulating this guideline which adopts the Grading of Recommendation Assessment,Development Evaluation approach for evidence-based assessment and a content-oriented chapter structure.It is hoped by ChEST Study Group that the promulgation of this guideline will help improve the comprehensive knowledge of prevention and management of perioperative VTE in thoracic malignancies and further standardize the diagnosis and treatment of VTE among thoracic surgeons.
