上海市2010—2020年健康人群麻疹和风疹及流行性腮腺炎病毒抗体水平研究 被引量:7

Antibody levels of measles,rubella and mumps viruses in healthy population in Shanghai from 2010 to 2020

摘要 目的了解2010—2020年上海市健康人群麻疹、风疹及流行性腮腺炎(流腮)病毒的血清IgG抗体水平,分析不同年龄组人群的抗体变化趋势。方法于2010年1月至2020年12月,将上海市10828名未患麻疹、风疹和流腮的健康人群纳入研究,分为0~7月龄、8~11月龄、1~2、3~4、5~6、7~9、10~14、15~19、20~29、30~39、40~49、50岁及以上12个年龄组。采集血清样本后,采用ELISA法检测血清中麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒IgG抗体水平,并分析抗体阳性率和抗体水平的差异。结果10828名对象年龄M(Q1,Q3)为8岁(9月龄,20岁);男性占48.34%(5234/10828),女性占50.92%(5514/10828),性别信息不详者占0.74%(80/10828);MMR免疫史不详者占27.03%(2927/10828)。10828名对象麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒IgG抗体总阳性率分别为76.78%、64.46%和64.29%,各年份麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒血清IgG抗体阳性率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)_(麻疹)=1049.50,P<0.001;χ^(2)_(风疹)=1103.11,P<0.001;χ^(2)_(流腮)=782.59,P<0.001)。麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒IgG抗体GMC分别为541.45 mIU/ml、31.76 IU/ml和133.73 U/ml,各年份麻疹、风疹及流腮病毒血清IgG抗体GMC差异均具有统计学意义(F麻疹=180.74,P<0.001;F风疹=189.95,P<0.001;F_(流腮)=122.40,P<0.001)。麻疹病毒抗体阳性率总体高于风疹和流腮病毒的阳性率,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=518.09,P<0.001)。结论上海市健康人群麻疹病毒IgG抗体水平较高,风疹和流腮病毒IgG抗体水平略低。 Objective To determine IgG antibody levels of measles,rubella,mumps in healthy population in Shanghai from 2010 to 2020 and analyze the trend of antibody changes in different age groups.Methods 10828 healthy people without measles,rubella and mumps in Shanghai were included in the study from 2010 to 2020.Serum samples were collected from 12 age groups,and the serum IgG antibody of measles,rubella and mumps were detected by ELISA.The difference of antibody positive rates and antibody levels were analyzed.Results The median age M(Q1,Q3)of 10828 objects were 8 years old(9 months old,20 years old).Males accounted for 48.34%(5234/10828)and females accounted for 50.92%(5514/10828).Unknown gender information accounted for 0.74%(80/10828),and 27.03%(2927/10828)of participants had unknown MMR immunization history.The total positive rates of measles,rubella and mumps IgG antibody were 76.78%,64.46%and 64.29%and their GMCs were 541.45 mIU/ml,31.76 IU/ml and 133.73 U/ml respectively.There were significant differences in serum IgG antibody GMC of measles,rubella and mumps in each year(F_(measles)=180.74,P<0.001;F_(rubella)=189.95,P<0.001;F_(mumps)=122.40,P<0.001).The positive rate of measles antibody was higher than that of rubella and mumps,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=518.09,P<0.001).Conclusion The level of measles IgG antibody in healthy people in Shanghai is higher,while the level of rubella and mumps IgG antibody is slightly lower.
