当下,复杂严峻的外部环境进一步凸显了我国高质量发展、解决技术“卡脖子”问题的急迫性。进一步完善金融支持创新体系,对促进科技创新具有关键意义。近日召开的中央全面深化改革委员会第二十五次会议指出,要聚焦金融服务科技创新的短板弱项,完善金融支持创新体系,推动金融体系更好适应新时代科技创新需求。
