王政教授运用苗医外治技术治疗痛风急性发作验案举隅

Case of Prof. Wang Zheng Treating an Acute Attack of Gout with External Therapy of Miao Medicine

痛风是由于血尿酸超过其在血液或组织液中的饱和度,在关节局部形成单钠硝酸盐(MSU)结晶并沉积,所诱发的局部炎症反应和组织的破坏。苗医药将痛风归为“风湿类疾病(蒙冲静)”范畴。王政教授认为急性痛风性关节炎是由于患者体内毒邪壅盛,气机紊乱,毒邪溢出脉外,流滞经络从而形成本病,治疗以泄毒调乱为主。笔者有幸随诊于王政教授身旁,总结了王政教授运用苗药痛风酊联合放血疗法治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的临证经验。

Gout is local inflammation and tissue destruction induced by the formation and deposition of monosodium urate(MSU)crystals in the joints due to the accumulation of uric acid exceeding the saturation level in the blood or tissue fluid.According to the theory of Miao medicine,gout is a rheumatic disease.Prof.Wang Zheng believes that acute gouty arthritis is caused by exuberance and stagnation of toxin and disorder of qi movement,which make the toxin flow out of the vessels and stagnates in the meridians.We once followed Professor Wang Zheng in treating an acute attack of gouty arthritis with blood-letting therapy combined with the Miao medicine gout tincture and summarized his clinical experience.
