实脾散治疗脾肾阳虚证糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Shipi Powder in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy(Syndrome of Yang Deficiency in Spleen and Kidney)

目的 观察临床治疗脾肾阳虚证糖尿病肾病患者时加用实脾散的疗效。方法 选取自2020年7月—2021年7月期间,我院收治的104例脾肾阳虚证糖尿病肾病患者进行临床研究,依照随机数字表法将患者均分为对照组、研究组两组,每组52例,其中对照组采用胰岛素进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用实脾散进行临床治疗,对比两组治疗后临床效果、治疗前后血糖指标、患者生活质量。结果 经临床研究得出,研究组治疗有效率(98.08%)高于对照组治疗有效率(84.62%);治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、生活质量等差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组患者各项血糖指标改善效果明显高于对照组;研究组各项生活质量改善效果明显高于对照组,组间开展比较分析有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 临床治疗脾肾阳虚证糖尿病肾病时应用实脾散,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者各项血糖指标,提高患者日常生活质量,更好地保障患者身心健康,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shipi Powder in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(syndrome of yang deficiency in spleen and kidney).Methods A total of 104 patients admitted to Jingjiang Chinese Medicine Hospital due to diabetic nephropathy(syndrome of yang deficiency in spleen and kidney)from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected for clinical research.They were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 52 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with insulin,and those in the observation group with Shipi Powder combined with insulin.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.The blood glucose indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The observation group had significantly higher effective rate than the control group(98.08%vs.84.62%).The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c),and quality of life showed no significant difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in restoring the blood glucose indexes and improving the quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion Shipi Powder can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,recover blood sugar indexes,and improve the quality of life of the patients with diabetic nephropathy,comprehensively protecting the physical and mental health of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
