杞菊地黄丸治疗飞蚊症肝肾阴虚证的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Qiju Dihuang Pills in Treatment of Floaters with Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

目的 探讨飞蚊症肝肾阴虚证患者采用杞菊地黄丸治疗的疗效。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月蚌埠市中医医院收治的飞蚊症肝肾阴虚证患者78例,采用随机摸球法分为对照组(39例)与治疗组(39例)。对照组采用氨碘肽滴眼液治疗,治疗组采用杞菊地黄丸治疗。两组均连续治疗12周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、视力水平、视敏度、中医证候评分及泪膜功能。结果 治疗组临床总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(76.92%,P <0.01)。治疗后,两组视力水平、视敏度均升高(P <0.05),且治疗组均高于对照组(P <0.01);两组中医证候评分均降低(P <0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P <0.01);两组患者角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分均降低(P <0.05),泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)均升高(P <0.05),且治疗组FL评分低于对照组(P <0.01),BUT、SⅠt均高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论 将杞菊地黄丸应用于飞蚊症肝肾阴虚证的治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善视力水平及视敏度,使患者的临床症状及泪膜功能得以改善。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qiju Dihuang Pills in the treatment of floaters with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 78 patients suffering from floaters with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,who were admitted to Bengbu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020,were selected and randomly divided into the control group(39 cases)and the treatment group(39 cases)by the random ball-touching method.The control group was treated with amiotide eye drops,and the treatment group was treated with Qiju Dihuang Pills.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks,and they were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,vision,visual acuity,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and tear film functions.Results The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%,P<0.01).After treatment,the vision and visual acuity of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and those of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score of the two groups declined(P<0.05),while the break-up time(BUT)of tear films and basic Schirmer’s test(SⅠt)rose(P<0.05);the FL score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),while BUT and SⅠt were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of Qiju Dihuang Pills in the treatment of floaters with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome can raise clinical efficacy,vision,and visual acuity and improve clinical symptoms and tear film functions of patients.
