四川省三级甲等医院外科医务人员共情能力、知觉压力现状及其对职业生涯成功的影响 被引量:1

Status of empathy ability and perceived stress among surgical staff in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province and its effect on career success

摘要 目的调查四川省三级甲等医院外科医务人员共情能力、知觉压力与职业生涯成功现状,分析共情能力在外科医务人知觉压力与职业生涯成功中的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,2021年5—6月采用一般资料问卷、共情能力量表、知觉压力量表及职业生涯成功量表对四川省12家三级甲等医院582名外科医务人员进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 21.0进行描述分析、单因素分析及相关性分析,采用AMOS 24.0进行中介效应分析。结果582名外科医务人员共情能力得分为(43.34±6.07)分,知觉压力得分为(31.85±7.07)分,职业生涯成功得分为(34.27±6.33)分。相关分析显示,外科医务人员共情能力各维度得分及总分与知觉压力各维度得分及总分均呈负相关(r=-0.347~-0.634,均P<0.05),共情能力各维度得分及总分与职业生涯成功各维度得分及总分均呈正相关(r=0.343~0.722,均P<0.05),知觉压力各维度得分及总分与职业生涯成功总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(r=-0.323~-0.672,均P<0.05)。中介效应分析显示,共情能力在外科医务人员知觉压力与职业生涯成功之间有正向中介作用,中介效应为-0.245,占总效应的47.85%。结论四川省三级甲等医院582名外科医务人员职业生涯成功处于中等偏高水平,共情能力在知觉压力对职业生涯成功的影响中存在部分中介作用,提升共情能力有助于降低知觉压力,提升职业生涯成功。 Objective To investigate the status quo of empathy ability,perceived stress and career success of surgical staff in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,analyze the mediating role of empathy ability in perceived stress and career success of surgical staff.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to collect 582 medical workers in surgical department from 12 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province from May to June 2021 by general information questionnaire,empathy ability scale,perceived stress scale and career success scale.The descriptive analysis,univariate analysis and correlation analysis were conducted by SPSS 21.0,and AMOS 24.0 was used to analyze the mediating effect.Results The scores of empathy ability,perceived stress and career success among 582 medical workers in surgical department were(43.34±6.07),(31.85±7.07)and(34.27±6.33)points,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the dimension scores and total scores of empathy ability were negatively correlated with dimension scores and total scores of perceived stress(r=-0.347--0.634,all P<0.05),the dimension scores and total scores of empathy ability were positively correlated with the dimension scores and total scores of career success(r=0.343-0.722,all P<0.05),and the dimension scores and total scores of perceived stress were negatively correlated with the the dimension scores and total scores of career success(r=-0.323--0.672,all P<0.05).The mediating effect analysis showed that empathy ability had a positive mediating effect between perceived stress and career success,and the mediating effect was-0.245,accounting for 47.85%of the total effect.Conclusion The career success of 582 medical workers in surgical department from grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province is at the medium high level,the empathy ability plays a partially mediating role in the influence of perceived stress on career success,and improving empathy ability can help reduce perceived stress and improve career success.
