摘要
目的对上海市青浦区淀山湖水源水进行监测,了解淀山湖水源污染情况和富营养化状况。方法通过对淀山湖水质进行连续监测,评估氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、叶绿素a和抗生素污染现况。结果2021年1—9月,淀山湖地区气温和水温呈现一致性变化,1月气温和水温最低,7月最高。氨氮浓度水平变化较大,最低浓度为0.05 mg/L,见于观察点4;最高浓度为9.22 mg/L,见于观察点1;平均浓度在1.00 mg/L。硝酸盐氮含量较低,最低点为观察点3,检测值为0.00 mg/L;最高点为观察点4,浓度达到0.33 mg/L。各观察点间差异较大,可监测到4种磺胺类抗生素,头孢菌类抗生素未检出。结论淀山湖呈现以含氮污染物超标为主的富营养化,叶绿素a超标严重,且有抗生素检出,可能对人群有一定的健康风险。
Objective To monitor the source water of Dianshan Lake in Qingpu District of Shanghai,understand the water pollution and eutrophication of source water in Dianshan Lake.Methods The water quality of Dianshan Lake was continuously monitored to evaluate the pollution status of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,chlorophyll a and antibiotics.Results From January to September 2021,the temperature and water temperature in Dianshan Lake area showed consistent changes.The temperature and water temperature were the lowest in January and the highest in July.The ammonia nitrogen concentration level changed greatly,the lowest concentration was 0.05 mg/L,which was observed in point 4,while the highest concentration was 9.22 mg/L,which was observed in point 1,and the average concentration was 1.00 mg/L.The nitrate nitrogen concentration was low,the lowest was point3,with the detection value of 0.00 mg/L,and the highest value was observed at point 4,which the concentration reached 0.33 mg/L.There was great differences among observation points.Four kinds of sulfa antibiotics were detected,and cephalosporins were not detected.Conclusion Dianshan Lake is mainly eutrophic with excessive nitrogen pollutants,serious excessive chlorophyll a and the existence of antibiotics,which may have health risk for the local residents.
