益处发现主导下的护士职业获益感的研究进展

Research progress of nurses’sense of professional benefit under guidance of benefit discovery

对国内外护士职业获益感的概念、测评工具、研究现状、影响因素及干预现况进行综述,回顾分析当前护士职业获益感的研究进展,针对我国护士职业获益感未达理想水平的研究现况,提出应早日研发出适用于我国全体护士职业获益感测量的测评工具,旨在为采用干预研究策略帮助护士缓解工作压力、优化职业体验和提升职业获益感提供信息支持。

The paper reviews the concept,assessment tools,research status,influencing factors and intervention status of nurses’sense of professional benefit at home and abroad,and takes a retrospective analysis on the current research progress of nurses’sense of professional benefit.In view of the current research situation that nurses’sense of professional benefit in China has not reached the ideal level,it is proposed that an evaluation tool suitable for the measurement of all nurses’sense of professional benefit in China should be developed as soon as possible.The purpose of this study is to provide information support for the use of intervention research strategies to help nurses relieve work stress,optimize professional experience and enhance the sense of professional benefit.
