意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作。坚定维护国家意识形态安全是新时代建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态的重要内容,事关党的执政地位和执政安全,事关国家安危和民族存亡。从系统性、整体性和全局性角度对国家意识形态安全体系进行层级分析,可分为“领导组织体系”“风险防控体系”“法治保障体系”“资源保障体系”,四者之间紧密联系、功能互补。在国家意识形态安全体系“分层系统建构”的基础上,系统探讨新时代维护国家意识形态安全总体能力的提升路径,才能将体系优势转化为治理能力,坚定捍卫国家意识形态安全。

Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party.Firmly maintaining national ideological security is an important part of building a socialist ideology with strong cohesive force and leading power in the new era,which is related to the Party’s ruling status and security,and to the national security and survival of the nation.A hierarchical analysis of the national ideological security system from a systematic,holistic and global perspective can be divided into “leadership organization system”,“risk prevention and control system”,“system of legal protections”and“resource guarantee system”,which are closely related and complementary in function.On the basis of the“hierarchical system construction”of the national ideological security system,only by systematically exploring the path of improving the overall ability to maintain national ideological security in the new era can we transform the advantages of the system into governance ability and firmly defend national ideological security.
