某三甲精神专科医院药学门诊药学服务分析

Analysis of Outpatient Pharmacy Service in a Grade-A Tertiary Psychiatric Hospital

目的分析某院药学门诊神经系统疾病与精神障碍类患者的用药情况与咨询问题,促进医院精神药学发展。方法收集该院2018年3月~2022年12月药师门诊接诊患者的所有有效咨询信息,包括患者年龄、性别、咨询内容和药物种类以及对用药建议的接纳情况进行统计分析。结果药学门诊运行3年来,共有56人次患者就诊,就诊人群以50岁的中老年人(66.07%)为主,以女性(69.64%)居多。其中同时服用药物种类超过5种患者占32.14%,咨询的药物种类以抗抑郁药物(60.71%)为主,咨询的主要问题是药物不良反应和注意事项,达到46.43%。就诊患者满意度达到100%好评。结论建立神经系统疾病与精神障碍类专科药学门诊,为患者提供个体化药学服务,指导合理用药,保障用药安全,有效提高用药依从性,推动医院精神药学门诊的规范开展。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the medication situation and consultation problems of patients with neurological diseases and mental disorders in a hospital pharmacist outpatient service,for promoting the development of psychopharmacology,providing exploration and reference for pharmaceutical services in neurological diseases and mental disorders patients.METHODS The informations of patients at pharmacy clinic,including patient age,gender,consultation content,types of consulting drugs,acceptance of medication recommendations,were collected and analyzed in a hospital from March 2018 to December 2022.RESULTS A total of 56 patients were treated in three years,in which the majority of patients were middle-aged and elderly people over 50 years old(66.07%)and women(69.64%).Among them,32.14%of patients took more than 5 kinds of drugs at the same time.Antidepressants were the main types of drugs consulted(60.71%),and the main problems of consultation were the adverse drug reactions and the precautions of drug use,which reached 46.43%.The patients visiting the clinic with high satisfaction accounted for 100%.CONCLUSION Establishing pharmaceutical outpatient clinics for neurological diseases and mental disorders can provide personalized pharmaceutical care for patients,guide rational drug use,ensure drug safety,and effectively improve medication compliance.It is beneficial to promoting the standardization of psychopharmacology service in hospitals.
