摘要
中小学作业减负与学业或课业减负相关联,但作业负担具有不同于学业负担、课业负担的本质内涵。“双减”背景下,我国作业减负呈现出一些新样态,为作业减负工作指引了方向。当前中小学作业减负仍存在诸多现实问题,主要表现为作业理念整体偏离、教师对作业研究不足、学校对作业管理失调、作业减负保障欠缺。为此,本文提出以下改进路径:从教学视域转向课程视域、从单一垂直化趋向多元综合化、从作业管理走向作业治理,以全面提高学生作业质量,减轻中小学生作业负担。
Homework load reduction in primary and secondary schools is related to study or schoolwork load reduction, but homework load has the essential connotation which is different. Under the background of "double reduction", homework load reduction in China presents some new forms,which guide the direction of the reform. At present, there are still many practical problems in homework load reduction in primary and secondary schools, which are mainly manifested as the overall deviation of homework concept, the lack of teachers’ homework research, the maladjustment of school’s homework management, and the lack of homework load reduction guarantee. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following improvement path: From the teaching perspective to the curriculum perspective, from the single vertical trend to the multiple integration, from the operation management to the operation management,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of students’ homework, reduce the homework burden of primary and secondary school students.
