办公建筑空调冷凝水作为水资源的应用性分析 被引量:2

摘要 分析了空调冷凝水特点——品质高,生成点分散、量小但总量大,应用成本低,提出空调冷凝水可作为解决目前水资源紧缺的一种有效方式。针对严重缺水的北京、天津和上海地区建筑情况,对设定空调面积10 000 m^(2)的办公楼进行计算可知,当冷却塔补水量为冷却水量的1%和2%时,空调冷凝水能承担14%~33%的冷却塔补水量;每日可为水景提供4.4~5.3 t补水量;建筑面积相同的建筑,楼层越高,屋顶绿化面积越小,当日生成的空调冷凝水水量占灌溉所需水量百分比越大,当该办公建筑为5层时,冷凝水量满足屋顶绿化用水后还有剩余;冷凝水可提供冲厕用水量的24%~29%,节约的水费与当地水价有关。相关计算结果与应用分析为空调冷凝水作为非传统水源的回收技术应用提供了一定参考。 The condensed water from air conditioning features for high quality, scattered generating points with small amount but large total amount with the whole building, and low application cost, so it is proposed to be utilized as one way of solving water shortage nowadays. In view of the severe water shortage in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, the calculation of an office building with an air-conditioning area of 10 000 m^(2) shows that the condensed water of air-conditioning can undertake 14%~33% of the make-up water of cooling tower, when the makeup water of cooling tower is 1% and 2% of the cooling water;4.4 to 5.3 t of makeup water can be provided for the waterscape every day;The higher the building floor with the same building area, the smaller the green area of the roof, and the larger the percentage of air-conditioning condensed water generated on that day to the water needed for irrigation;the amount of condensed water is sufficient for the green roof with remaining when the office building is five floors;the condensed water can offer 24%~29% flushing water consumption, and the saved water fee is related to the local water price. The calculations and analysis can provide reference for the recycling application of air-conditioning condensed water as non-traditional water source.
