摘要 胰腺病变近年来的检出率逐年上升,不同类型的胰腺病灶以及良恶性的鉴别诊断对胰腺疾病的治疗及预后有着重要意义,谐波造影增强超声内镜利用其优良的空间辨识度以及良好的微血管显像技术,对胰腺病灶的诊断起到重要的指导作用。本文就谐波造影增强超声内镜下在胰腺疾病鉴别诊断和预测病灶良恶性方面的最新进展做一综述。
