摘要 介绍了管壳外冷-绝热复合式甲醇合成反应器在3000 t/d大型甲醇合成装置中的应用情况。72 h装置性能考核结果表明:在生产负荷104%的条件下,粗甲醇中乙醇平均质量分数为0.045%,吨粗甲醇消耗新鲜气1927 m^(3)(标态),2台甲醇合成反应器催化剂床层压降为0.193 MPa,合成回路压降0.56 MPa,汽包副产蒸汽压力和流量稳定。采用双塔并联技术,实现了管壳外冷-绝热复合式甲醇合成反应器在大型甲醇合成装置中的工业化应用。 The application of shell and tube external cooling-adiabatic combined methanol synthesis reactor in a 3000 t/d large methanol synthesis unit is introduced.The performance assessment results of the 72 h unit show that under the production load of 104%,the average mass fraction of ethanol in crude methanol is 0.045%,the consumption of fresh gas per ton of crude methanol is 1927 m^(3)(standard state),the pressure drop of catalyst bed of the two methanol synthesis reactors is 0.193 MPa,the pressure drop of synthesis circuit is 0.56 MPa,and the pressure and flow of by-product steam in the steam drum are stable.The industrial application of shell and tube external cooling-adiabatic combined methanol synthesis reactor in large-scale methanol synthesis unit is realized by using the parallel technology of two towers.
