摘要
尿素装置大颗粒流化床造粒系统中的斗提机频繁跳车,不仅影响尿素产品质量,而且造成能耗增大。通过统计分析和现场调查,确认辊轮老化开裂、皮带硬化有裂纹是造成斗提机频繁跳车的主要原因。更换辊轮和皮带后,斗提机跳车次数由每月3次降至不超过1次,保证了尿素装置的稳定运行。
The bucket elevator in the large particle fluidized bed granulation system of the urea unit frequently trips,which not only affects the quality of the urea product,but also increases the energy consumption.Through statistical analysis and on-site investigation,it is confirmed that the aging and cracking of roller and the hardening and cracking of belt are the main reasons for the frequent tripping of bucket elevator.After replacing the roller and belt,the number of trips of the bucket elevator is reduced from 3 times a month to no more than 1 time a month,which ensures the stable operation of the urea unit.
