摘要
分析了智能阀门定位器负载电阻偏大,引发模拟输出卡件通道负载电压超限,触发空分装置空压机组TRICON控制系统机架报警的原因,判断为FV1902控制阀定位器负载电压超限。采取在报警通道加装安全栅的方式,提高了调节器输出控制信号带负载的能力,有效解决了控制系统机架报警问题,实现了空压机组的长周期稳定运行。
The reason of the large load resistance of the intelligent valve positioner which causes the load voltage of the analog output card channel to exceed the limit and triggers the alarm of the TRICON control system rack of the air compressor unit of the air separation unit is analyzed.It is judged that the load voltage of the FV1902 control valve positioner exceeds the limit.By installing safety barriers in the alarm channel,the load capacity of the regulator′s output control signal is improved,the alarm problem of the control system rack is effectively solved and the long-term stable operation of the air compressor unit is realized.
