摘要
提出了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定肥料中铊的含量。肥料样品用盐酸-硝酸(3+1)混合酸消解后,以铼为内标元素,直接采用ICP-MS进行测定。结果表明:铊质量浓度在20μg/L以内时与强度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.001 mg/kg;测定值的相对标准偏差小于5%,不同类型肥料中铊的加标回收率为101.8%~108.3%。ICP-MS法测定铊结果准确、操作简便、分析速度快,可广泛应用于肥料中铊含量的测定。
A method for the determination of thallium in fertilizers by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is established.After the fertilizer sample is digested with hydrochloric acid nitric acid(3+1)mixed acid,rhenium is used as the internal standard material for direct determination by ICP-MS.The results show that thallium mass concentration within 20μg/L is linearly related to the intensity,the correlation coefficient is 0.999,and the detection limit is 0.001 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation is less than 5%,and the recoveries of thallium in different types of fertilizers are 101.8%-108.3%.The determination of thallium by ICP-MS is accurate,simple and fast,and can be applied to the determination of thallium content in fertilizers.
