高等教育数字化转型的国际经验:基于CIPP模型的实践案例 被引量:5

摘要 数字化转型对于高校创新人才培养以及国际竞争力提升均具有重要的意义与价值,已成为我国高等教育创新变革的重要趋势。为借鉴国际高校的数字化转型创新经验,文章基于CIPP模型,构建了高等教育数字化转型实践案例的分析理论框架,包含背景、投入、过程和成果四个维度,并基于该框架对四所高校的典型案例进行分析。结果发现:在国际范围内,高校进行数字化转型的背景与该校建立竞争优势或解决现实问题的基本需求相关联。在此背景下,进行构建数字化领导力和建设数字化学习环境等方面的投入。高校数字化转型实践过程是在数字化领导力引领下的改进或创新教学运营模式和学习模式,并通过深挖数据价值,逐步实现更包容、更有效、更深入的教学的过程。数字化转型成果为高校增加了附加价值,促进教学资源的可持续利用,为教师和学习者提供了新的角色以及更为灵活和个性化的教与学体验,进而为创新人才培养提供了有力条件。 Digital transformation is of great significance and value to innovative college students training and international competitiveness enhancement,and has also become an important trend of innovation and reform in Chinese higher education.In order to learn from digital transformation and innovation experience of international universities,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for analyzing the practical cases of digital transformation of higher education based on CIPP model.The theoretical framework includes four dimensions:background,input,process and results.Based on the theoretical framework,it analyzes four typical cases of international universities.The research shows that the background of digital transformation in universities is related to the basic needs of establishing competitive advantages or solving real problems on an international scale.In this context,investments have been made in building digital leadership,digital learning environment and other aspects.The practice process of digital transformation in colleges and universities is a process of improving or innovating teaching operation models and learning models under the guidance of digital leadership,and gradually achieving more inclusive,effective and in-depth teaching by exploring data value.The results of digital transformation can add value to universities,promote the sustainable use of teaching resources,and provide teachers and learners with new roles and flexible and personalized teaching and learning experience,thus forwarding favourable conditions for the cultivation of innovative talents.
